Caio Ramos is a YouTube Thumbnail Designer and Growth Strategist, born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. His approach combines creativity, visual psychology, and data analysis to turn videos into attention-grabbing experiences that drive real growth.
With a background in graphic design, artificial intelligence, and data analysis, Caio develops visual strategies that go beyond aesthetics. Every thumbnail is built with intention: aligned with the channel's goals and calibrated to platform trends.
In 2020, he founded InterDebates, a social movement that reached over 700 high school students across 17 Brazilian states — an experience that shaped his vision of impact-driven communication. Over the past 4 years, he has optimized more than 435 videos across 17 channels, reaching over 22 million views and 790,000 likes. He also worked as a Graphic Designer at Warner Bros. Discovery, creating visuals for TNT Sports across Latin America.
Throughout his career, he has collaborated with brands and agencies across Asia, the Americas, and Europe — including Hurb (Brazil), Vloom (Colombia), Audience Labs (Austria), and US-based companies such as Flowship, Amazon, Scentbird, BookClub, and Original Productions — as well as independent creators like Elijah Bryant (Israel), Trey Dreschel (Lithuania), and Glen Yang 楊和 (China).
